Prices below are for rental items. Delivery, collection, crew, after-hours work and outstation transport depend on venue access, quantity, timing and distance. Bigger confirmed orders can receive a lower per-table rate, especially when bundled with other CK rental items.

Payment methods accepted
For confirmed bar table rental bookings, CK accepts common Malaysia payment options. A booking deposit secures stock, cover colour, delivery crew and the requested setup time.
Booking, payment and event changes
These terms help CK keep real rental stock, cover colours, crew timing and transport slots ready for your confirmed event date.
A 50% booking payment confirms the rental order and reserves the agreed table quantity, cover colours, stools, delivery crew and setup slot.
The remaining balance should be settled 1 week before the event. For bookings confirmed within 7 days, full payment may be required before delivery.
Bar tables, covers and stools are rental items, not purchase items, so product return terms do not apply. CK delivers, sets up and collects based on the confirmed timing.
If your event is postponed or cancelled, the paid deposit can be kept as CK rental credit for another event within 1 year from the original event date, subject to stock, route, access and any price difference.
When you rent more than one eligible CK rental item category in the same booking, you can receive 10% off the second eligible rental item category.
Clients who rent from CK again can ask for 10% off an eligible rental item on the next confirmed booking, depending on date, stock, order size, route and rental scope.
Discounts apply to eligible rental item subtotals. Delivery, collection, manpower, after-hours timing, outstation transport, permits, special handling and custom orders are quoted separately.
