Reserve your bar tables with 50% payment, then settle the balance 7 days before the event.

These terms help CK keep real rental stock, cover colours, crew timing and transport slots ready for your confirmed event date.

50% to confirm booking

A 50% booking payment confirms the rental order and reserves the agreed table quantity, cover colours, stools, delivery crew and setup slot.

Balance 7 days before event

The remaining balance should be settled 1 week before the event. For bookings confirmed within 7 days, full payment may be required before delivery.

Rental collection, not product return

Bar tables, covers and stools are rental items, not purchase items, so product return terms do not apply. CK delivers, sets up and collects based on the confirmed timing.

1-year event credit

If your event is postponed or cancelled, the paid deposit can be kept as CK rental credit for another event within 1 year from the original event date, subject to stock, route, access and any price difference.

Bundle booking savings

When you rent more than one eligible CK rental item category in the same booking, you can receive 10% off the second eligible rental item category.

Repeat client savings

Clients who rent from CK again can ask for 10% off an eligible rental item on the next confirmed booking, depending on date, stock, order size, route and rental scope.

Discounts apply to eligible rental item subtotals. Delivery, collection, manpower, after-hours timing, outstation transport, permits, special handling and custom orders are quoted separately.

Can I rent cocktail tables with stools?

Yes. You can rent cocktail tables only, tables with covers, tables with stools, or a fuller lounge setup with sofas, coffee tables, bar counters, queue poles, carpet and lighting.

Do you provide white, black and custom colour covers?

Yes. White and black standard covers are the fastest options. Custom colour options can include gold, champagne, navy, royal blue, red, maroon, pink, purple, green, grey, silver and other event-theme colours, subject to stock and booking date.

Can the price be lower for bigger bar table orders?

Yes. Larger confirmed orders can receive a better per-table rate depending on quantity, date, venue access, rental duration and whether the booking includes other CK rental items.

How many cocktail tables should I rent for 100 guests?

For a normal standing reception, estimate 8 to 13 cocktail tables for 100 guests. For a networking event with only cocktail tables as guest furniture, increase to around 17 to 25 tables. Send your floor plan if you want CK to refine the quantity.

How many people can stand at one cocktail table?

For networking, 2 to 3 standing guests per cocktail table is the most comfortable number. Four people can gather briefly, but the tabletop becomes crowded once guests place drinks, plates, phones, name cards or brochures on it.

Can bar tables be used outdoors?

Yes, subject to surface, weather and event layout. For outdoor events, we recommend placing tables under a canopy, marquee or sheltered zone, and keeping enough staff access around beverage or buffet points.

Can you deliver to hotels, malls and convention centres?

Yes. CK supports hotels, malls, exhibition halls, convention centres, ballrooms, schools, corporate offices, private homes and outdoor venues. Please share loading bay rules, supplier registration needs and access windows early.

Do you provide nationwide bar table rental delivery?

Yes. CK can quote bar table delivery across Malaysia for suitable order size, event route, venue access and confirmed booking date. Klang Valley is the strongest daily delivery zone, while outstation orders are best for larger quantities, roadshows and rental bundles.

Do you offer same-day bar table rental?

Same-day requests are possible in Klang Valley when stock, crew and transport are available. For large quantities or custom covers, earlier booking is strongly recommended.

Which Klang Valley areas are fastest for bar table delivery?

Fastest daily support is usually within Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Damansara, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Sunway, Puchong, Klang, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Kajang, Bangi, Rawang, Sungai Buloh and nearby Klang Valley towns when stock and crew are available.

What should I send for an accurate bar table rental quote?

What payment methods do you accept?

CK accepts bank transfer, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking, Visa, Mastercard, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost and cash by arrangement for confirmed bookings.

What payment terms apply?

CK requires 50% payment to confirm the booking and reserve stock. The balance should be settled 1 week before the event. For bookings confirmed within 7 days, full payment may be required before delivery.

What happens if my event is postponed or cancelled?

If your event is postponed or cancelled, the paid deposit can be kept as CK rental credit for another event within 1 year from the original event date, subject to stock, route, venue access and any price difference.

Do rental bar tables have a return policy?

No product return policy applies because the tables, covers and stools are rental items. CK delivers the items for the agreed event period, sets them up where confirmed and collects them after the event.

Can I get a discount for renting more than one item?

Yes. When you rent more than one eligible CK rental item category in the same booking, you can receive 10% off the second eligible rental item category. Repeat clients can also ask for 10% off an eligible rental item on the next confirmed booking, depending on stock, date, route and order size.
